My ceramics are all handmade and decorated so there may be a slight variation in the pieces .This gives my work its individual and unique character.
DELIVERY
My ceramics are made to order and will take 10- 14 days to deliver. Delivery is at present only to the UK mainland using Royal Mail first class or private carrier. The delivery cost is included in the purchase price.
RETURNS
I hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied you can contact me by email at elaine@elainehewitt.co.uk or call 07570 809433 and return your item within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned, unused, in original packing at your cost and I will reimburse you no later than 3 days from my receipt of the goods. It is advisable to use recorded delivery or a signed for service as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged.
Your right to return does not apply to personalised goods unless they arrive to you damaged.
DESIGNS AND PRICES
Elaine Hewitt reserves the right to amend designs and prices periodically.
